This information does not constitute tax or legal advice. Customers should consult with their own tax or legal professionals to confirm individual eligibility.
[2] Additional payments may be required if the IRA tax credit is replaced with a comparable tax credit. Reductions to the eligible amount of the tax credit will result in a pro-rata reduction of any required additional payment. Payments will not be waived under circumstances in which the customer’s individual tax circumstances render the customer ineligible for the federal tax credit.
