Harbinger makes no representations regarding the customer’s individual eligibility for any tax credits, which may depend upon the customer’s specific tax circumstances. This information does not constitute tax or legal advice. Customers should consult with their own tax or legal professionals to confirm individual eligibility.
[2] Additional payments may be required if the IRA tax credit is replaced with a comparable tax credit. Reductions to the eligible amount of the tax credit will result in a pro-rata reduction of any required additional payment. Payments will not be waived under circumstances in which the customer’s individual tax circumstances render the customer ineligible for the federal tax credit.
