Requirements: Fleets with 20 or fewer vehicles (GVWR >8,500 lbs), operating in California; annual revenue ≤ $15M (unless non-profit or government); must use an HVIP-approved dealer

Zero-Emission Truck Loan Pilot
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: Loan support up to 25% via CalCAP
Class Application: Class 2b–8
Additional Details: Loan assistance for small fleets purchasing ZE trucks
Requirements: Fleets <20 vehicles; use CalCAP lenders; ZE truck purchase required
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: Up to $12,000 per medium- or heavy-duty electric truck purchased in 2025; reduced to $4,000 in 2026
Class Application: Eligible for Class 3–8 zero-emission trucks (GVWR > 10,000 lbs), including BEV, PHEV, and hydrogen fuel-cell models
Additional Details: Applies to new trucks titled and registered in Colorado; refundable income tax credit; can be assigned to the dealer or financing entity
Requirements: Truck must be new, capable of at least 55 mph, battery capacity ≥ 4 kWh, and titled/registered or base-plated in Colorado
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: Up to 50% of vehicle and EVSE cost for Private Entities; Up to 75% of vehicle and EVSE cost for Government Entities

Additional Details: Must scrap EMY 1992 - 2009, prioritized based on areas operated, stackable with ComEd Rebate
