Harbinger’s FEAP program helps fleets reduce EV acquisition costs below diesel by mapping eligible incentives, timing applications with funding windows, and supporting submissions to secure awards before funds run out.

IRS Section 179 Deduction

Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: Up to $1,220,000 (total equipment deduction)
Class Application: Qualifying commercial EVs
Additional Details: Deduct vehicle purchase cost from gross income; deduction phases out for total purchases above $2.5M; eliminated at $4M
Requirements: Vehicle must be placed in service during the tax year

EnergIIZE Infrastructure Incentives

Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: Up to $5M per project
Class Application: Class 2b–8
Additional Details: Infrastructure funding through multiple lanes (e.g., Fast Track, EV Jump Start)
Requirements: Must operate zero-emission vehicles in CA; priority for disadvantaged communities
