GARDEN GROVE, CA (July 17, 2023) – Harbinger, a California-based electric vehicle manufacturer, announced today the relocation of its headquarters to the Central Industrial District in the city of Garden Grove.

Since its founding in 2021, Harbinger has grown rapidly in size to more than 65 employees. This relocation, which quintuples Harbinger’s physical footprint, will enable the company to significantly scale its headcount and development activities and represents the kickoff to Harbinger’s next chapter as it sets sight towards putting its revolutionary product on the road in 2024.

Harbinger’s initial product line consists of an electric stripped chassis and cab chassis that is designed to meet the rigorous performance, durability, and lifespan requirements of Class 4 to Class 6 specialty and commercial vehicles. The new facility will be used for research and development, chassis assembly, and battery pack manufacturing, in addition to serving as the company’s principal headquarters.

Rexford Industrial has undertaken a repositioning project of the existing 120,000 square-foot building, accompanied by a substantial addition of 45,171 square feet of improvements to the Class-A building with an additional 20,000 square feet of improvements planned by Harbinger. Project management for the buildout will be overseen by Savills Corporate Managing Director Zane Keith.
